1. PAYMENT

  • 50% down payment upon approval and signing of proposal. Full payment should be settled before the delivery of the item. 
  • For bank transactions, payment can be made through the following details:   CHINABANK Current Account  Account name: Space Encounters Furniture & Interiors  
  •   Account Number: 246-0250155
  • Payments via credit card must be made solely at the showroom or through Paypal. You may also use GCash or PayMaya. Inquire with the store representative for details.
  • All prices are inclusive of 12% VAT

 

2. PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

  • Allow 6 to 8 weeks production time.
  • Production will only proceed once payment has been made, with signed cost proposal and client-approved furniture drawings (if any), wood finish, and fabric for all custom orders.
  • Sale items are only for pick-up at the store or delivery through third-party couriers, which will be shouldered by the customer. Space Encounters waives any liabilities and damages caused during third-party transport.
  • Delivery charge applies depending on location. Schedule of delivery is during Tuesdays and Fridays from 11-5pm or depending on agreed upon time with customers. Delivery cancellation must be made by 12nn the day before delivery.
  • Delivery entrance fees (condos, villages, private community, etc.) will be shouldered by the customer unless the item is for pick-up. Toll fees and other fees for deliveries outside of Metro Manila will be care of the client as well.
  • Person present at the delivery site is considered authorized to sign and receive for the customer
  • Cost of packaging and shipping to and from our warehouse is not covered by the quotation unless otherwise stated.
  • If a customer does not open and inspect the item upon pick-up/delivery, any subsequent complaints of damage(s) will not be accepted.

 

3. RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Please inspect items upon delivery for manufacturing defects. It is very important that you inspect the item because when you sign the Delivery Receipt it means that you have received the item in good condition and we are no longer liable for any damages or complaints made after. Choosing not to inspect will void any exchanges or part replacements.
  • No cash refunds will be given. The item for exchange must be of equal value, or if higher value, the customer should pay for the price difference.
  • We do not offer warranties. Please check the condition of the items delivered before the Space Encounters delivery team leaves or before leaving the pickup location.
  • Return or Exchange is void under these conditions: improper unwrapping by the customer or customer representative resulting in damage, dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse, damages incurred during transportation from original place of delivery, and damages incurred during assembling or maintenance that is not performed by a Space Encounters employee. Additional charges which may include labor, delivery and materials shall apply for the conditions mentioned.
  • Sale or items on promotion that are fully paid are considered FINAL. They cannot be returned or exchanged.
